Junior Associate
Marge is a Junior Associate at Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law).
At BDB Law, Marge handles tax assessments and claims for refund with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and local government units. She regularly represents clients in tax litigation before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) and Court of Tax Appeals (CTA).
Marge worked on registrations, requests for rulings, and tax treaty relief applications with the BIR. She has also assisted with incorporation and post-incorporation compliance of companies with the SEC and other regulatory bodies. She also advises clients on general regulatory requirements and assists on various corporate services.
Marge earned her degree in Accountancy from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila in 2018 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2024. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2025 and joined the firm that same year.
